Description/mission of the unit:
Quality & Capability Development (QCD) mission is to drive industry leading consistent consumer-oriented quality and delivery of innovative and successful devices with services. Through a consistent interface QCD ensures timely delivery and technology collaboration with operator and trade customers and secures predictable quality outcomes across the Device entities. Purpose of the Device Program Quality subentity inside QCD is to provide operational quality support for programs and program centers by competent product quality managers and usability professionals.
Usability Interns are responsible for supporting Usability Specialist in carrying out all kinds of usability studies, including user research, usability test, expert review, etc. Their daily work will main focus but not limited to user recruitment, scenario design, study conduction, data analysis and report creation. 
Basic requirements
Working time: full-time from Monday to Friday, from April to December, 2012
Location: Beijing
Required skills and experience
Familiar with all kinds of usability theories and methodologies. 
Previous experience in user research and usability test.
Good learning ability in new knowledge and working mode.
Excellent ability in data statistical analysis.
Able to work in multidisciplinary and international teams.
Good ability in written English.
Education background
Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, and related background.
