Job Description
Position: DPT Intern
SBU: DPC
Department: QM
Location: Zhangjiang Hi-tech Park, Pudong New District, Shanghai(10mins from Metro 2 Zhangjiang Stop)
Responsibilities:
§ Maintain Cat A complaint handling process as complaint handler
§ AP external customer complaint weekly data collection and reporting
§ AP quality metrics data collection and consolidation
§ Prepare Monthly Quality Metrics Report for region and business in regular and timely manner
§ Prepare other quality reports assigned by supervisor
§ Support users on quality metrics online database as administrator
Skill and Knowledge Required:
§ College degree or above
§ Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel/PowerPoint/Word)
§ Well data sensitive and high attention to detail and accuracy
§ Good teamwork and communication skills
§ Good command of English, both in oral and writing skills
