* Objective of the Position

can do CFD analysis independently, and give the solution for design optimization and products' failure analysis; familiar with engine and turbocharger structure and working principles; familiar with CFD softwares

* Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities

1. Create and analyze CFD models consistent with product use environment; Conduct CFD analysis for automotive exhaust system in terms of flow distribution and temperature distribution

2. Participate in the development of improved design guidelines consistent with customer requirements;Generate technical reports and present to internal and external customers.

3. Conduct CFD analysis for automotive exhaust system in terms of flow distribution and temperature distribution

4. Perform appropriate level of CAD function to develop design concept

5. Apply engineering and problem solving methods and tools (FMEAs, 8ds) in resolving engineering design problems.

* Requirements / Qualifications

Education: Master Degree in Fluid Dynamics, mechanics or related field; Ph.D Degree a plus

Computer Skill: familiar with CFX, Fluent, ICEM CFD and ProE

English Skill: □No knowledge □Elementary □Intermediate ■Fluent
