Traders (公司盤交易員)

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Finance related studies
• Solid background in mathematics and statistics
• Good spoken/reading in English
• Good communication skills and commitment to teamwork

Responsibilities

• Undertake trading activities on Stocks, Warrants or other derivatives instruments using company’s fund
• Manage positions to maximize intra-day trading revenue and sustained profitability
• Maintain and refine trading strategies and system parameters to facilitate trading and improve overall efficiencies of trading system
• Co-ordinate with relevant Risk, Middle Office and Back Office to perform post-trade and day-end settlement procedures
• Assist in projects relating to implementation of new trading strategies

Preferred

• University graduate with working experience in securities and futures industry, or FX trading
• Algorithm programming in related platform (Matlab, Scilab, VBA for Excel)

工作职责

• 使用公司提供的资金完成股票、权证或其他衍生产品交易
• 管理产品仓位，使得日间交易收入最大化，保持持续盈利
• 通过维护与改善交易策略与系统参数促进交易，提高交易系统总效率
• 协调相关风险、中台系统与后台系统，执行交易后分配与日终结算流程
• 协助实现新交易策略

具备以下条件者优先考虑

• 大学本科学历，具备证券或期货行业工作经验，或外汇交易经验
• 能够使用不同平台（如Matlab, Scilab, VBA 或Excel）实现算法编程
