Application Service Officer

Responsibilities

• To provide first level support to clients and to carry out daily health check of systems
• To provide system and application support, conducting consultation service to clients
• To maintain and support customer systems
• To participate in the deployment of systems, task automation
• To ensure prompt and correct tracking and reporting of all requests, catalogue of changes and releases
• Work closely with development for communication of support issues
• Prepare testing and UAT environment and participate UAT prior system upgrade
• Handle night shift
• Take shift to support on holiday

Requirements

• Degree in Computer related studies (Comp Sci., Comp Eng, etc)
• Support or consulting experience with demonstrated customer handling skills
• Proficient in TCP/IP, MS SQL Server, MS IIS, MS Windows administrative and configuration
• Knowledge and experience in trading solutions, equity/ futures trading rules of HK and China are preferable
• Analytical, creative mind and able to work under pressure
• Good spoken/reading in English
• Good communication skills and commitment to teamwork

• Network Programming: TCP/IP sockets, Microsoft .NET, Web Services
• Database: MS SQL, SQL
• Scripting Language: TCL
• Internet: web hosting

技术支持工程师

工作职责

• 为客户提供优先支持服务，对系统进行每日健康检测
• 为客户提供系统、应用程序支持以及咨询服务
• 为客户系统提供维护与技术支持
• 参与系统、任务自动化开发
• 能够迅速准确地追踪并记录所有的请求，变更与发布
• 与开发部门沟通合作，共同解决系统支持过程中的问题
• 准备系统测试与UAT环境，参与系统升级之前的UAT测试
• 适应夜班
• 适应假期轮流值班

招聘要求

• 计算机相关学士学位(计算机科学与技术等)
• 系统支持或咨询经验，具备良好的客户处理技巧
• 精通TCP/IP, MS SQL Server, MS IIS, MS Windows管理与配置
• 熟悉交易相关解决方案、香港或中国大陆证券或期货交易规则优先考虑
• 有较强分析能力、创新思维，能够承受较大工作压力
• 良好的英语听说读写能力
• 良好的沟通能力与团队合作能力
