Management Trainee Program

With the goal of becoming one of the top international luxury handbag and accessories brands, we firmly believe that can only happen with the right people - people focused on delivering the Coach proposition with passion and excellence. To establish such a team who are ready for the big challenges, the program we are offering aims at self-cultivating potentials in managerial role.

We will be offering a management trainee program in our China Headquarters. Through intensive learning, cross-function work assignments and rotation, under the coaching of your mentor, you will be exposed to various key areas which is closely related to core business. Based on the attitude, potential and performance you present during the program, you’ll be the key talent for our further organization after 2 years.
