The responsibilities are:

Coordinator for style reallocation;

a.       Access data system to update system data for reallocation;

b.      to keep the reallocation process smoothly;

c.       Frequency, once it's necessary;

Development KPI report Maintenance;

a.         help team to generate report for sampling checking;

b.        coordinate the team performance;

c.         Frequency: once a week

Samples tracking

a.         tracking and pushing the whole team dev WIP and alert each team member for the action plan

b.        Centralized tracking the mess additional customer sample order and sample order replacement in one go, like mail-order, and some additional customer order.  

Others

a.         Samples dispatch arrangement.

b.        do LCF for the whole team.

c.         assist any Powerpoint creation

Knowledge and experience offered by adidas:

?   to get better understanding of the garment development process;

?   act as a team player and to backup the team;

?   join fty visit with team to understand fty's working flow;

?   review some product comments released to learn garment development step by step

?   Study AD base on real samples to understand the construction and the workmanship.

?   To gain a basic concept of garment;

?   Get knowledge of the Garment development and production process;

?   To understand the background, importance and the value behind of each KPI; UNQUOTED
