o Strong business acumen particularly in FMCG environment; 有关快速消费品行业的商业知识;

o Ability in making decision within its authority; 在赋予的权限内做正确的决定;

o Team player and results orientated; 团队精神及以结果为导向;

o Independent, self-motivated, proactive and strategic thinking; 独立、自我激励、积极及策略思维;

Good business understanding/hands on in business processes; 理解业务、有实际操作经验;

Related Position Requirements/Qualifications (Experience, knowledge skill and education - these should be the minimum requirements not the ideal)

1. Major graduated with relevant degree; 相关的专业毕业生

2.Strong communication competency; 沟通能力强;
