Job description: · Register Order Confirmation when receive purchasing order from customers. · Register invoices when cargos ship out from warehouse. · Issues the Sales Reports weekly. · Check the inventory report of bookkeeping with stock report from warehouse monthly. · Submit tax returns monthly and other tax issues required by Tax Authorities. · Handling parts of bank issues. · Updating various certificates of company regarding the physical changing. · Assistant other issues required by other departments. · Bachelor (or similar) degree in accounting or finance. · Good computer skills on MS Office, Internet and so on. · Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin and Cantonese, some English is required. · Self-motivated, take your own initiatives, work independently, willing to work very hard, willing to work flexible hours and enjoy some travels. · Well-regulated and reliable. |
