Job Requirements (skills/experiences)
 
-Excellent command of Mandarin and Japanese (JPLT 1)

-Excellent communication, telephone manner, technical skill and interpersonal skills

-Good customer service mind

-Self initiative, pro-active, hard working, good attitude and team player

-Basic skills in Windows, Ms office, Internet and Network connectivity.

-Sense of urgency, able to work under pressure, overtime and crisis situation, and at odd hours

-On-shift duty is required (long night shift duty (1 - 3 mths), according to project requirements)

-Can accept flexible working hours (Weekend duty is required, according to project requirements)

- Familiar to IBM products

- Understanding of Japan Business Culture.

- Familiar to IBM products is preffered.

-Call Centre & customer service experience is a definite advantage

 

-具有流畅的口头表达能力 (普通话及日语一级) (听,说)

-良好的人际沟通技巧与电话沟通习惯

-良好的客户服务意识(柔软的对应客户的各种问题,缓和情绪)

-主动性强，勤力，有团队精神。

-熟悉Windows操作系统,Office软件,对Internet以及网络连接有一定的了解

-具有责任心,办事干练、反应灵活及团体合作精神

-能承受压力,能够处理各种紧急的情况,能接受加班工作

-能接受轮班工作 (长时间（1- 3 月）的晚班工作或长年晚班，根据项目需要)

-能接受弹性上班时间 （周末,节假日和晚上会安排上班，根据项目需要）

-了解日本企业文化

-熟悉 IBM产品者优先考虑。

-有呼叫中心或者客服工作经验者优先考虑

 
 
Qualifications (Education/Major/Certificates)
 
-Diploma degree, major in any discipline

 

-大专或以上学历,专业不限(日语听说能力优秀者优先考虑)
