Job Responsibilities
？ Interface with internal and external customers, freight forwarders, Customs Clearing Agents, and customs Representatives to ensure efficient, effective and repeatable service delivery
？ Responsible for the implementation of programs resulting in continuous improvement of service levels to the field organization. Maintain a close working relationship with business segments to ensure service delivery and right amount of support.
？ Implements objectives jointly with the Business Segments, and reports on the performance of his/her Logistics organization.
？ Manages local transport programs, including transport network, customs and regulatory compliance, supplier development and performance programs.
？ Manages logistics costs and overall performance through identification of freight consolidation opportunities and root causes analysis of deviations, process improvement reviews, negotiation and administration of third party logistics contracts. Identifies and works on total cost reduction initiatives.
？ Develops and manages Processes for domestic distribution and Import/Export.
？ Develop and implement shipping guidelines / Process flows for all shipping lanes and on all modes of transportations.
？ Manage domestic logistics distribution and import/export costs.
？ Accountable for full customs, trade control and other transport regulatory compliance of all the logistics activities in the country.
？ Assist the Category Supply Chain Manager with negotiating, and administering contractual agreements required for third party logistics providers and key suppliers base.
？ Ensure safe operations and technical integrity.
