工作职责：
1.根据客户职位要求，协助猎头顾问进行候选人的定向搜寻，进行职位初期信息搜寻，包括建立目标公司和职位候选人搜寻
列表，并不断完善相关信息；
2.通过对目标公司和候选人信息的深度分析和挖掘，描绘出目标公司的组织结构图，并确保所体现的信息能够正确反映目标

3. 根据客户职位要求，通过Cold Call为主的多种方法搜寻与接触潜在候选人，进行初步候选人简历收集和筛选；以及初步
电话沟通；
4. 协助猎头顾问进行相关候选人资料的分类、整理及撰写中，英推荐报告；
5. 完成每周需要达成向客户推荐的候选人数量与面试数量；
6. 完成工作所需的日报，周报，并做好月度和季度总结；
7. 积极参加公司日常工作会议和常规培训课程，提高自身职业技能；
8. 协助猎头顾问，为顾问提供完成项目其他必要支持。
职位要求：
1. 国家统招本科学历以上；
2. 具有1年左右实习或工作经验，具有电话营销经验，HR招聘相关经验，以及猎头Researcher经验者优先；
3. 普通话标准，有一定英文基础，能够熟练运用英文进行书面或者口语交流；
4. 思维敏捷，表达准确，谈吐大方，沟通能力强；
5. 吃苦耐劳，不怕挫折，性格开朗，抗压能力强；
6. 能够独立完成顾问安排相关工作，心态积极；
7. office办公软件操作熟练；
8. 良好的职业道德和职业操守。
