职位：技术工程师
· Location: Beijing
· Job description: (职位描述)
- Technically support VG Scienta’s customers, primarily in China. Participate in Surface Science Instruments (SSI) and systems installations.
- Support all service calls with technical expertise.
- Develop technical skills to support VG Scienta’s full range of products.
- Respond directly/indirectly to technical customer queries for all VG Scienta’s products.
- Interface with technical experts in VG Scienta to find answers.
- Ensure excellence in customer service by quick response to customer queries.
- Support all systems installations requested by VG Scienta.
- Implementing, co-ordinating, contributing and assisting with other projects.
· Requirements: (应聘者要求)
- Chinese citizen.
- Bachelor/Master degree in science, preferable physics.
- Experience from using surface science and vacuum instrumentation.
- Good English, both spoken and written.
- Customer/service oriented and good communicative skills.
- High levels of motivation, enthusiasm are key together with the capability of working well in a team environment.
- Positive attitude, a co-operative working style, and a willingness to comply with company policies and procedures and work constructively with colleagues.
