Responsibilities:

  • l Collaborate with all departments for funds needs.
  • l 协调各部门的资金需求
  • l Efficient collection of vouchers, invoices for reimbursement.
  • l 高效地收集凭证和报销的发票
  • l Accurate and timely payment and recording with vendors.
  • l 准确及时地付款及登记供应商
  • l Assist with preparation of materials for external and internal audits.
  • l 协助准备内部、外部审计的材料
  • l Maintenance of fixed-assets register.
  • l 固定资产清册的维护
  • l Disburse and record petty cash to department coordinators.
  • l 各部门报销现金
  • l Conduct immigration procedures for non-Chinese faculty and staff; interface with government authorities and various campus departments.
  • l 为外籍教师及员工办理入境手续,与政府部门和华师大不同部门沟通
  • l Maintain files and archives relating finance, human resources, and operations.
  • l 维护财务、人事及办公室运营相关的文件、档案
  • l Daily coordination of IT desktop and network delivery including coordination between individuals/departments and IT service providers.
  • l 与员工及各部门协调日常IT及网络事务
  • l Assist with translation and interpretation.
  • l 协助文件翻译
  • l Inventory, order, and manage office supplies; track expenditures by department.
  • l 订购及管理办公用品,记录部门领用情况
  • l Conduct due diligence to ensure indemnification and evaluation of vendors and other suppliers.
  • l 进行尽职调查以确保识别和评估供应商
  • l Serve as liaison with office/dormitory maintenance staff, both on-and-off campus.
  • l 联络负责校内校外宿舍的员工/物业人员
  • l Booking of air tickets, hotel, bus and other transportation for staff and faculty.
  • l 为教师和员工预定机票、酒店、车辆

 

Requirements:

  • l University degree in business administration or financial accounting.
  • l 大学本科学历,工商管理或财务专业
  • l Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • l 至少2年行政岗位经验
  • l Experience with Visa and immigration processing, rules and issues.
  • l 熟悉签证及入境事务的相关手续、规则
  • l Bilingual - good command of oral and written Chinese and English.
  • l 良好的双语能力--中英文口语及书面能力
  • l Excellent interpersonal communication skills and intercultural awareness.
  • l 出色的人际沟通能力和跨文化意识
  • l Self-motivated and high level of initiative.
  • l 自我激励和高度的主动性
  • l Flexible and patient; willingness to adapt to a fast changing environment.
  • l 灵活且耐心,愿意适应高速变化的环境
  • l Proactive, with exceptional problem solving skills.
