TP has a position open for an Internship for Project Assistance at the Shanghai office.   
Executive Assistant Shanghai Office 
Tasks & responsibilities: 
?  Research and assist with the preparation of meetings, visits and procedures
?  Search and select talents for clients in financial markets
?  Prospect new accounts and follow-up on prospects and clients
?  Search material and support for marketing development
?  Project coordination and external communication for project related issues
?  Maintain and update CVs, database and other related files for TP Shanghai
?  You will report to the Managing Director
 
Requirements:
 ?  Passion for research work and has a driven and positive mindset
?  Very familiar with the local market for Insurance, banking and finance industry
?  Minimum bachelor degree in Insurance, banking and finance industry
?  Result-oriented person with strong negotiating skills
?  Good communication skills in English
?  Driven to meet targets
?  Team player and also able to work independently  
?  Good MS Office skills
?  Project Management skills
?  Passionate about working in a growing company
