Role's Mission:
We are currently seeking a person to join our Customer Service Support team. Reporting directly to the Support Manager you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and servicing our worldwide customers.
You will work from home during night shifts and weekends when needed.

Responsibilities:
Closely watch company self built monitoring system for all customers and company internal servers
Following 24x7 support procedure, create tickets for customer email request, alerts and assign it to the engineer
Ensure usability of company hotline at all time
Ensure requests and alerts are handled properly
Prepare weekly report on graphs, analyze strange graphs and create tickets for engineers to investigate
Lead daily conference call with operation team, weekly conference call with management

Qualifications:
Bachelor degree, Computer Science related major is preferred
CET 4, Good level of English, Conversational: Decent - Reading/Written: Good
Good people skills
Good conflict resolution skills
Attention to detail and be able to work under pressure
Positive attitude with desire for career progression
Work well in a team environment
Good computer skills, Office Software, Email, Internet, IT, etc.
Linux knowledge

职位描述:

密切观察公司为所有客户服务器和内部服务器所建立的监测系统
遵循24x7 技术支持的流程,根据客户在邮件中提出的需求、监控系统警报创建任务,并把任务分配给合适的工程师
确保公司的电话支持热线始终正常工作
确保需求和警报被正确的处理
每周准备监控图像的报告,分析图像异常情况,并创建任务让工程师进行深入调查。
主持每日的运维部门会议和每周的管理团队会议

任职资格:

本科学历,计算机相关专业优先
CET 4,良好的英文读写能力
良好的沟通技巧
良好的冲突解决技巧
注意细节并能在压力下工作
对职业发展有积极的态度
团队合作能力
良好的计算机技能,office 软件,邮件,互联网,IT等
