We are looking for candidates to intern with our Shanghai office this summer.

 The ideal candidate should be:

-       a top 5% student from a leading law school in China;

-       expects to graduate with an LL.B. or LL.M. in 2013;

-        a native Chinese speaker; and

-        able to draft documents/memos in English.
