Over the past two decades Tully has been successfully working with major international law firms and leading regional firms on their business expansion and restructuring issues like new office setting-up and senior lateral hires. Tully is actually the first overseas specialist legal recruiter licensed by the PRC government to operate in mainland China.

In addition Tully’s sister consultancy business, PDA (ww***com[点击查看]), provides a broad range of consultancy services to law firms and corporate law departments across the Asia Pacific Region. The PDA team is highly experienced in helping law firms with their management and expansion strategies, including new start-ups, mergers, acquisitions and other forms of association. Our capabilities and resources are supported by our membership of Altman Weil Global, the first and only truly global legal consultancy which consists of Altman Weil Inc in the U.S.A, Jomati Consultants LLP in Europe and PDA in Asia Pacific.

 

具体职责:

 

Recruitment Support

·         Source candidates: obtain basic understanding of legal job instructions through proper communication and discussion on clients’ requirements with Legal Recruitment Consultants; use company database to source out a reasonable number of relevant candidates;

·         Format CVs: format lawyers’ CVs following the company’s professional standard; open files for new candidates and make proper record in the database;

·         Maintain database: check the company database regularly to find out any obsolete, inappropriate, missing or incorrect data and then make proper amendments;

·         Monitor the legal recruitment market: watch law firms, large corporations, legal recruiters and other recruitment players (such as various legal media, personnel bureau, law society etc) for job opening information, industry information, recruitment update etc; and

·         Draft internal Recruitment Activity Chart and Instruction Form: help the consultants to draft and completer the weekly Chart and Forms; update all changes accordingly in database.

 

Administrations Support

·         Answer telephone calls: to answer all incoming calls in professional manner;

·         Receive guests: to receive visiting clients and candidates in professional manner; and

·         Help the Office Manager with administration work, such as posting mails, printing documents, procuring office stationery etc.

 

背景要求:

 

·         态度端正;善于学习新知识;做事踏实、耐心、仔细;

·         应届毕业生;年轻上进;

·         书面英文规范-能用英文书写日常商务信函;口语流利 - 能用英文自信、清楚地和同事沟通;及

·         有一定法律背景或法律知识优先,但不是必需。
