Job title: Multimedia(transmissionand control) Software Development Engineer – Intern
Location: Hangzhou
Requirement: Students who willgraduate in 2013 and are able to work full time 4-5 days per week.
Responsibilities:
• Improve the audio and video transmission over IP network, such as ratecontrol mechanism
• Track advanced technology andproduct of network transmission field
• Improve network measure methods, such as queue delay measurement
• Develop data mining tool for analyzing customer’s network characteristic
Skills Requirements:
Must-have skills/Experiences
• Solid background on network field, especially network congestion control andnetwork measurement
• Familiar with C++ programming
• Familiar with network programming
• Good team work
Good-to-have Skills/Experiences
• Experience in multimedia applications
• Understanding some protocols of real time communication, such as RTP,RTCP
• Background on WLAN theory
• Familiar with network simulator and emulator
Educational Background
• Master of Science in Computer Science and other related area.
