4、Customer Service Officer (Store / Customer Service Centre)
Responsibilities:
ŸProvide face-to-face service at Store / Customer Service Centres (Shatin, Mongkok or Causeway Bay)
ŸHandle customer enquires on products, billings, repair and rental services, etc.
ŸCross-sell and promote products and services
ŸShift duty is required
Requirements:
ŸDiploma or above with at least 1 year working experience (preferably in sales or customer services)
ŸExperience in repair centres of telecom industry is preferred
ŸProficiency in spoken Cantonese and English
ŸGood knowledge of mobile, internet and PC products
ŸPleasant, mature and independent
ŸService-oriented
ŸExcellent communication skills and problem solving skills

Responsibilities:
