Graduate Trainee program is to provide a platform for university graduates an opportunity to place themselves in the industry and prepare them for a successful career. It’s a long-term program around one year which will include classroom training plus job rotations.
Job description:
1.Provide general supports cross function on Finance ,Supply chain management,HRO, Function HR, transition etc.
2.BPO industry process associates daily workload;
3.Ensure the delivery of a high quality product;
4.Keep learning and complete related training timely with passion and innovation.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above with major in Finance,SCM,HR, business management related;
2.Strong professional knowledge in specific major and good language skill(English or Japanese);
3.Good leadership and team player,self-motivated;
4.Ensure the intern time. Required

Basic knowledge in Finance and Accounting

Basic knowledge in HR

Master's Degree
