关于2012年应届毕业生就业计划
这是一个旨在培养符合IGVision公司快速发展的人才培养计划,仅针对将在2012年6、7月份正式毕业的大学生。
该培养计划的整个工作流程为"面试 à 毕业前实习(培训+实习+考核)à 毕业后就业 à 发展"。暨:通过面试的应届毕业生在正式毕业前,先在我公司进行培训实习,通过每周5天的培训实习,将学校的理论知识运用到工作中,并在带教老师的指导下,不断提高自己的实际工作能力,并积极融入到工作环境中。通过考核后,公司将与其签订正式劳动合同。
