? Hardware and software maintenance and support on user’s desktop or laptop

?Troubleshoot on company LAN/WAN

维护公司LAN/WAN的正常运行

? Assistance toServer Team during server maintenance

协同服务器团队完成服务器维护工作

? Assistanceto Network Team during network maintenance

协同网络团队完成网络设备维护工作

? Maintains asset management

注册并维护管理公司计算机资产

?Responds and communicatesuser’s requirements with practical solutions

听取并了解公司业务部门的需求，并提出解决方法

?Programming ability based on business needs
