Position
   
    顾问助理实习生（上海）
    (对于在工作期间表现优异的同事，公司会考虑将其转正。对于没有任何工作经验的应聘者，这是一个进入猎头行业难得的机遇。)
   
    FMC的工作经历对于即将踏出校园的学生在职业发展上，可能起到如下的积极帮助：

    * 在自己职业生涯的早期，对自己将来的职业发展有更清晰的认识。
   
    Requirement:
    1) Be familiar with office 2003 and outlook system.
    3) Hardworking and enjoy work life.
    4) Ambitious, aggressive but mature and patient.
    5) Outstanding learning ability and systematic in achieving results.
    6) Bachelor Degree or above.
    7) Previous executive search experience is slightly preferred, but not an advantage.
   
    Main Responsibilities：
    1)    Search and collect necessary information.
    2)    Search for suitable target candidates, including through telephone calls.
    3)    Contact and select possible candidates.
    4)    Arrange appointments and confirm time with both consultant and candidates.
    5)    Keep records and update information to our information system.
    6)    Accomplish other necessary tasks as required.
    7)    Organization of candidates’ reports;
    8)    Input information to ERP system.
    9)    Other things assigned by your tutor.
