职位描述：
    请为我们大型多人在线英语网络游戏的玩家提供更优质的客户服务，在全英文的环境下，通过邮件、web ticket、论坛和in-game等方式解决玩家提交的问题，维护调节游戏和社区氛围，与玩家打成一片，成为cs团队的中流砥柱。（每周5个工作日，无需倒夜班）
   
    职位要求：
    1.专科或以上学历，具有较强的学习能力；
    2.英语CET6或以上，英语文本能力良好；
    3.细致严谨，有良好的沟通和协调能力；
    4.有耐心，工作主动性强；
    5.有英文环境下客服经验者优先。
