LDC TRAINEE PROGRAM

The LDC Trainee Program is designed as a program to attract talent to the organization to meet its future growing needs. The program is also designed to bring awareness of LDC to leading universities as a means of attracting talent to the organization. The program is an investment by the company to develop talent and fast track individuals into a designated field.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES OF THE JOB

·Understand production process、Know about balance calculation methods (energy mass balance) in production process、Know about chemical characters, such as phosphor, alkali etc.、Understand quality standard and key indicators of production control、Know about essential content about equipment & machines management, including but not limited to daily maintenance plan, annual maintenance, equipment filing, maintenance of key equipment & machines

·Know about all kinds of reports used in production activities

·Understand management policies in plant

·Understand SHE management system

·Understand Food Safety system: HACCP, GMP, etc.、Willing to be based in relatively less developed areas such as Bazhou, Sanyuan. Zhangjiagang and etc.

·了解工业生产工艺流程

·了解工业流程中物料的平衡计算

·了解相关化学性质，例如磷酸、碱等

·了解工业产品质量标准及生产控制关键指标

·了解设备及机械管理的主要内容，如日常维护保养计划、大修计划、设备档案、关键设备维护等

·了解工业生产过程中所需要的相关报表

·了解工厂管理所需要的相关制度

·了解安全、职业健康及环境管理体系

·了解食品安全体系，如HACCP及GMP等

·愿意在发展相对不那么发达的地区（如河北霸州、陕西三原及江苏张家港等）工作
