ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITES:
   
    1    Event coordination
   
    1.1    Repair, certificate all major X-Rite products such as MA Series, Ci5&Ci7 and 900 series etc. Reduce and improve the customer down time by max. 4 working days if the unit is in house repair.
    1.2    Be thoroughly familiar with service policy and full operation and diagnosis of all major instrument models. Technical phone call help (diagnose the unit by phone including some application question).
    1.3    Registration procedure (timely update the service status in Service Management system, service priority adjusted in time).
    1.4    Complains from customer site under 2% over the month versus customer repairs.
    1.5    Reach the goal of service revenue budget 2012 in each month.
   
    2    Collateral production
   
    2.1    Plan, control and reduce spare part stock by 10% versus December 2011
    2.2    Keep working area neat, well organized at all times.
   
    3    Job functions include but are not limited to above listed
   
   
    JOB REQUIREMENTS:
   
    1.    Junior College Degree or University degree in the technical field. Experience in troubleshooting and repair of digital, analog, and microprocessor based circuits preferred.
    2.    Proven verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
    3.    Quick learner with ability to multitask and team player with good communication.
    4.    Capacity to work under pressure and to deadlines, results and solution-oriented.
    5.    Ability to read and understand assembly drawings and specifications. Requires a familiarity with and the ability to use common hand and power tools.
    6.    Some travel required for on-site service.
    7.    Flexible, adaptable and willing to take on a wide range of tasks.
