 Description 

In this position, you will be joining an energetic team and the main areas which included Graphic Media, BIOS, system SW and Hadoop...etc. You will need to develop and engage at a deep technical level to debug and solve customer issues and to manage the technical relationship between OEMs, and Intel to drive customer products to success. key areas are Linux kernel, graphics, audio, camera, video, telephony, android framework/app. Also You will be expected to participate in software development practices, including project planning and tracking, development and peer review of written software design specifications, peer review of developed code, test specification and preparation of code metrics.

This is an opportunity to apply both technical knowledge and marketing savvy in a team oriented environment. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

-- Developing and testing software on embedded OS (Android, Windows Phone, etc.), PC OS (Windows, Linux, etc) and Server OS (Linux, Open Solaris etc.) for Intel platform, including OS/drivers, Web Runtime (Browser), Java Virtual Machines, libraries, programming tools, optimizers and applications.

-- Directly engaging customers to provide pre and post sales technical support.

-- Hands on replicating and debugging/Fixing customer reported issues by identifying code level issues and proposing changes to customer configuration or to Intel drivers

-- Providing technical training, consultation, and hands-on assistance to customer SW developers in areas of architecting, technologies, code development

-- Provide feedback to platform and chipset software architects to develop and finalize the platform software requirements & product definition 

 Qualifications 

 You should possess a Bachelor/Master/Ph.D of Science degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science. Additional qualifications include:

Technical Skills:

--Good at  C/C programming languages. Experience of other programming languages would be an added advantage,like Java, C#, F#, Python, Java.Script etc..

-- Strong understanding of Intel® architecture-based platforms including the Operating System and/or Driver Software stack

-- Experienced in software development on Windows and/or Linux platform. Experienced in driver development will be an added advantage.

-- Experienced in embedded system development and testing, like Android, Windows Phone, etc.

-- Knowledgeable in system architecture (x86, ARM, etc.) and OS Internals.

-- Experience of software security principles and techniques would be an added advantage

Soft Skills:

-- Strong analytical skills and have the ability to work independently and in teams, and have good perception and anticipation

-- Good communication skills (in both English and Mandarin) and demonstrated ability to communicate at various levels of abstraction (concept to details)

-- Excellent problem solving skills and be able to work under pressure.
