HYXT was founded in 1998 as a Beijing registered 100% foreign owned Limited Corporation. HYXT is a division of Right Response, LLC. It focuses on SchoolStream product design, implementation and maintenance as well as future China market development.

SchoolStream is a series of web applications using Application Service Provider(ASP) model to service kindergarten to high school industry in USA. The applications were designed, tested and refined together with thousands of schools in USA since 2002. Currently SchoolStream is used by over 3000 schools across 36 states in USA. Since 2006, SchoolStream became a division of Right Response, LLC.

HYXT develops and maintains all applications of SchoolStream. SchoolStream is hosted and provided with high security and availability through the internet to education industry in USA. The ASP product model allows SchoolStream to lower down the customization and deployment cost, allowing SchoolStream to provide this product to USA schools with a more reasonable and economic price. SchoolStream clients subscribe to the applications through the internet instead of installing the product on the district’s computer servers. Any SchoolStream user from the districts can use the product at anytime, anywhere, as long as they have internet access.

招聘职位：研发工程师(海外留学经验)

招聘人数：1人

工作地点：北京市海淀区（不定期有去美国总部交流学习的机会）

 

工作职责

Responsibilities

 

·         密切关注美国K-12市场，探查感知市场动态和需求，及时作出反应决策；
Pay a close attention on American K-12 marketing, detect the market movement and make quick reaction;

·         与美国客户和美国同事沟通，研究并确定可行性与需求分析；
Communicate with US clients and US colleges, investigate and finish feasibility and requirement analysis;

·         参与并确定产品架构设计；
Participate in and define the product architecture;

·         独立完成软件产品的编码，调试，系统测试，发布以及客户部署；
Participate in coding, debugging, system testing, release and customer support and training;

·         独立完成产品维护和更新；
Participate in product maintenance and upgrade;

·         参与产品技术支持；
Participate in product technical support;

·         负责编写产品技术文档和产品说明书。
Be responsible for writing product manual and technical documents.

任职要求
Qualifications:

·         软件工程，计算机科学等相关专业毕业，本科以上学历；
A Bachelor/Master degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant;

·         海外留学或工作经验；
English oversea study and working experience;

·         具有出色的沟通能力和团队合作精神，结果导向，有独立做决定的意识和能力；
Strong communication and cross-group collaboration with team spirit, objective oriented and ability to work independently and self-motivated;

·         英文的听说读写能力熟练；（雅思成绩至少6.0分或同等水平）
Fluency in English (At least IELTS 6.0 or equivalent level);

·         扎实的编程基础知识，出色的自学能力；
Solid on basic software programming knowledge;

·         对面向对象编程有很好的理解；
Good understanding on Object Oriented Programming;

·         有或Web编程工作经验者优先考虑。
Experience on and Web development or related working experience is a plus.

招聘职位：市场信息专员

工作性质：兼职

工作地点：北京市海淀区北三环西路32号恒润国际大厦

 

工作职责：具体时间自行安排，在家办公即可

 

工作内容：

·         协助市场营销部门做好市场调研工作；

·         通过网络协助调研客户的预算状况和信息，并按照公司规定格式整理发送给相关人员。

任职资格：

·         英语专业，国际贸易及市场相关专业 ，本科及以上学历；  

·         英语水平良好，非英文专业需通过CET 6考试；

·         认真细致，踏实肯干；

·         能够保证每天至少2-4个小时以上的投入，能够保证工作质量；方便上网。

 

薪酬待遇：1000-2000元/月，需按照规定在规定内完成所分配的学区的有效信息搜集；表现优秀者可发展为长期兼职，并有机会毕业后进入公司工作。
