IKEA Trading Service (China) CO.,LTD is actively looking for an IT Support. If you are interested, come and join us!

 

ASSIGNMENT:

- Creating the Action Plan and follow up the action plan implementation

- Support business development by securing IKEA trading business applications are operational at all time and continuously improved.

- Involved in Budgeting process

- Distribution of information and follow up (eg. System down, change/upgrade of systems etc.,)

- Ensure information security on site and be the owner of information security in Business Review.

- Implementation of new tools and guidelines

- Responsible for IT Asset Management

- Act as Onsite support (e.g. user administration, communicate with Helpdesk Supply / Central IT, coordinate with local vendors, support and maintenance of lap-/desktops, servers, telephones, printers, scanners, leas line etc.,)

- Responsible for server back up routines and actual back ups

- Responsible for IT Business Continuity Planning including implementation

- Educate co-worker and new comers

 

COMPETENCE:

Knowledge

- Relevant University degree or equivalent knowledge from working experience

- Knowledge in relevant tools and how to use them in an appropriate way according to working routines.

- Knowledge of IKEA IT Standard platform and infrastructure.

- Knowledge in how to use communication as a tool in the contact with the colleagues.

- Presentation and Training skills

- Fluent in English (in written and oral)

- Ability to take own initiatives and support decisions (pro-active)

- Service oriented, able to implement and follow-up

- Trouble shooting skills

- Can prioritize according to Business needs

- Strong project management ability

- Challenging

- Flexible, but still stick to the frame work (IT security)

- Team player & ability to create networks with other people
