Job Title: Real Estate Valuation Intern (Part-time)

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• To provide technical support and data research for client presentations.
• To travel to client location and on-site data collection for analysis.
• To provide miscellaneous duties assigned by Vice President of Real Estate Valuation Group and other authorized personnel.

 

Requirements:

 

• Currently studying Bachelor degree in Real Estate, Architecture, Building Construction or relevant subject (4th year students are preferable).
• Excellent analytical skill
• Team player and be able to work independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent computer skills such as MS Word and Excel
• Travelling within Jiangsu Province, if necessary
