Job Title: Real Estate Valuation Intern (Part-time)
Key Responsibilities:
· To provide technical support and data research for client presentations.
· To travel to client location and on-site data collection for analysis.
· To provide miscellaneous duties assigned by Vice President of Real Estate Valuation Group and other authorized personnel.
Requirements:
· Currently studying Bachelor degree in Real Estate, Architecture, Building Construction or relevant subject (4th year students are preferable).
· Excellent analytical skill
· Team player and be able to work independently
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Excellent computer skills such as MS Word and Excel
· Travelling within Jiangsu Province, if necessary
