如果是2012年7月毕业的学生，公司希望能通过‘实习 聘用'的方式进行操作。公司不提供纯粹的实习机会。

工作职责：
1、理解客户需求，研究行业动态及相关领域人才市场状况；
2、根据客户需求及顾问要求设定目标人才搜寻公司；
3、按照公司的标准方法多渠道快速访寻目标候选人；
4、初步筛选、评估候选人；
5、协助进行部分市场开拓工作以及配合顾问完成其他日常工作。

职位要求：
1、本科以上学历，应届生优先；英语口语流利
2、热爱咨询行业，有志在咨询行业发展自身，具备优秀的沟通、表达能力以及出色的抗压能力。

Positions: Researcher

Headcounts: 2

Location: Nanshan District, Shenzhen

 

Responsibilities:

- assist consultants in searching, selecting and matching candidates for assignments

- conduct interview by phone or in person to identify the suitability of candidates

- assist consultant in business development to create new client relationships

- other ad hoc works assigned by consultant.

 

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or above in any disciplines.

- An independent and energetic individual willing to work in a performance driven environment.

- Eager to learn new things and take challenges, fast response.

- Good communications skills with a positive and appropriate telephone manner.
- Professional presentation style in front of corporate clients.

- Good spoken and written English is preferred.
