Title: Dupont DPC QM intern
SBU: Dupont Performance Coatings
Location: DCHSH, Shanghai (Shanghai Zhangjiang)
Working time: 3 days per week, around 6 - 8 months
Responsibilities:
- Maintain Cat A complaint handling process as complaint handler.
- AP external customer complaint weekly data collection and reporting.
- AP quality metrics data collection and consolidation.
- Prepare Monthly Quality Metrics Report for region and business in regular and timely manner.
- Prepare other quality reports assigned by supervisor.
- Support users on quality metrics online database as administrator.
Qualification:
- College degree or above.
- Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel/PowerPoint/Word).
- Well data sensitive and high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Good command of English, both in oral and writing skills.
