Established in late 2006 and headquartered in Boston, MA, SiFotonics has three sites - Boston (US), Beijing (China), and Shanghai (China) and has set up strategic partnerships with several Asia CMOS foundries.
SiFotonics Technologies Co., Ltd. designs and manufactures Silicon Photonic integrated circuits and discrete devices, e.g. Ge PIN detector,
avalanche photo-diode, Si waveguide based modulator/detector, TIA, and integrated optical circuits for receiver and transceiver module applications.
SiFotonics also provide custom design services to customers.
