工作职责:
1. 了解和掌握基于汽车行业的业务流程及ERP解决方案,为进口商及全国4S汽车经销商的系统用户提供日常技术咨询;
2. 充分了解用户需求,及时解决用户问题,分类整理支持日志,定期提交统计分析报告;
3. 进行客户业务流程分析及客户需求分析;
4. 监控系统运行状态,确保运行安全;
5. 客户现场系统实施及用户培训。
任职要求:
1. 国家统招本科学历,计算机及相关专业;
2. 英语4级以上(包括4级),英语能力优秀者优先;
3. 2年左右的技术支持工作经验 ;
4. 良好的团队协作精神和主动学习能力;
5. 良好的表达沟通能力 / 逻辑分析能力;
6. 能以服务客户为中心;
7. 有责任感,对工作积极热情。
优先条件:
1. 有技术支持工作经验;
2. 了解汽车行业业务流程(批售、销售及售后)及IT系统 (ERP, DMS)。
Responsibility:
1. Well understand Auto industry business process and ERP solutions, daily support and technical consulting for importers and 4S dealer shops all over the country;
2. Well understand user’s request, can resolve user’s problems in time, clarify and sort support logs in daily base, submit statistics analysis regularly;
3. Analyze client business process and requests;
4. Monitor system running status to ensure the system operation in safe;
5. System implementation and user training for vehicle dealers on client site.
Required Qualification:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in major of computer science or related;
2. CET4 or above;
3. 2 years experience in technical support;
4. Have good capability in team work and new knowledge learning;
5. Good at express and communication, have good logical analysis capability;
6. Client oriented service spirit;
7. Have passion and responsibility on work.
Preferred:
1. Experience in technical support area;
2. Knowledge of processes in automobile industry (wholesales, sales and after sales), or the related IT systems (ERP or DMS).
