Global IT Graduate职位描述：

Responsibilities:


1. Provide thought leadership around new processes, tools and innovations to add commercial value
2. Provide a high depth of analytical expertise which could include but is not limited to business process, integration, data, networks, innovations
3. Participate in and bring to the table opportunities for value add projects, driving to ensure these are delivered on time and on budget
4. Work both technically and across business processes showing attention to detail and understanding of how these connect
5. Demonstrate commercial acumen across assigned activities
6. Show strong collaboration and develop enhanced relationships across IT and into the Business
7. In partnership with Line Manager, engage stakeholders to align them with the IT strategy and plan
8. Share knowledge and best practice across international communities, shaping IT through this process


Requirements:


1. Graduate with a high scoring bachelor degree or above and ideally post graduate education in a related discipline, inclusive of but not exclusive to IT, Sciences, Business Administration, Finance
Work experience, ideally in IT or a Commercial Business
2. Fluently speaks English plus one additional language,overseas education background is preferred
3. Has international mindset & complete mobility
