Responsibilities: 
1. Pre–order and project initiation

7.Coordinate development activities and upgrades related to updating and improving machine functionality. 
8.Provide support to customers, customer service, training department and sales as required. 
9.Maintenance of customer related files (software, diagram…) 
10.Assists in testing and debugging required verifying performance of a design. 
11.Travel to customer sites to evaluate performance and recommend changes. 
12.May involve guidance and work direction of designers.

Requirement 
1.BS degree in designated field. 
2.Minimum of 3 years design experience in packaging applications. 
3.A good working knowledge of manufacturing practices and assembly procedures.
