Education: 
Master/Bachelor required from top schools 
Preferred major: Accounting for Bachelor; Accounting/Finance for Master 
Previous working/intern experience is highly preferred 
 
 Job Description: 
1. Support M&A execution process, such as data collection, translation, industry peer analysis, basic financial analysis; 
2. Administrative Support: mainly for meeting and travel arrangements 
 
 Technical skills: 
Business and financial analysis skill 
Good writing in English and Chinese 
Good excel and powerpoint skill 
 
 Behaviour skills： 
Good interpersonal skill; Diligent; Quick learner 
 
 Required Days: 
At least 3 months，4-5 days per week

 You can get not only ￥100 per day but also a lot of precious experience in Mergers and acquisitions by playing with the valuation model and working with the only Chinese M&A director of Alstom Global.
