Mercer Human Capital Internship (Beijing)
Responsibilities:
1. Assisting in delivering effective data and documentation through quantity and quality analysis;
2. Conducting peer review to reports or data;
3. Assisting in file sorting and categorizing;
4. Providing support to multiple assignments;
5. Other related assignments in Human Capital.
Requirements:
1. Senior undergraduate or 2nd year postgraduate students;
2. At least 3 working days per week for 5 months starting from the end of May;
3. Detail oriented, reliable and be willing to work under pressure;
4. Strong problem solving and communication skills;
5. Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment;
6. Excellent Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills;
7. Students majored in Human Resources, Psychology, and Management is preferred.
