Expanding our international business is one of our top 3 strategic goals, with targets to increase international sales to £1billion by 2013/14. So we're now looking for graduates to join our International Retail Management Graduate Scheme and play an integral part in this. By learning how to lead and inspire our store teams to provide the great retail experience we're known for at home, you'll be at the frontline of our business' growth overseas.
Our 15 months scheme is for graduates who want to forge a career in retail. The scheme will start in Autumn 2012 and will provides you the opportunity to undertake training and attachments at our UK Headquarters, as well as other overseas placements. These will offer you exposure that will teach you the impact of differing cultures and greatly inform your view of how a global retail business is run.
The scheme combines a comprehensive combination of on-the-job and structured training, project-based assignments, and placements in specific business areas. You'll be given real responsibility from day one, and will gain first class experience of leading a retail team. By the end of the scheme, you'll be more than ready to take on one of our Store Manager/Commercial Manager roles in China.

Entry Criteria:
1) Business/commercial university degree
2) Fluent in English and local language
3) Eligibility to work in China
4) Interested in and with an understanding of Retail
5) Driven and determined to learn and deliver for customer in a challenging environment
6) Confident in own analytical skills
7) Able to influence others and have excellent interpersonal skills
8) Mobile according to business needs
