精鼎医药研究开发(上海)有限公司(APEX China Co., Ltd.,以下简称精鼎医药)为成立于2002年4月,其集团总部国际精鼎科技股份有限公司(APEX International Clinical Research Co., Ltd,以下简称国际精鼎),成立于1999年3月,系一家于亚太地区从事新药研发服务的临床研究委托机构(Contract Research Organization,以下简称CRO)。本公司刘致显董事长于1996年底应台湾省政府延揽海外产业专家基金之支持,返台投入新药研发及临床试验的行列,在领导公司执行符合国际ICH-GCP规范之多国性(Multi-national)、多中心(Multi-center)第一、二、三期之临床试验(US IND, Phase I、II、III study)临床试验时,了解在台湾省各医院所之硬、软件环境与专业医师皆具有高度的专业素质及水平,但却缺乏符合ICH-GCP规范要求之临床试验环境,亦无接受ICH-GCP训练的专业医护人员,因此成立了国际精鼎,期望为台湾省乃至整个中国生技产业尽一份力量。

国际精鼎临床试验研究团队成员包括:临床研究副总、资深临床研究监测员、临床研究法规经理、医药事务经理、临床医师、临床护理专员、数据处理与统计部门经理、资深统计分析师、数据处理专员、企划暨营销处长、及数字国际临床研究项目经理。国际精鼎在一百余位同仁齐心努力之下,业已台湾省内成为规模最大、阵容最坚强、服务项目最完整之专业CRO公司,并已在业界建立高质量的专业形象以及良好的口碑。
