Design, Manufacture, Sale and Provide After Sales Service of Chain Hoists, Hoisting Trolleys and Cranes for the Wind Energy Sector in China and Asian Markets. CEMVISA VICINAY is a pioneering Spanish company with more than 100 years experience in the manufacturing of chain and lifting equipment. Our mission is to design and manufacture lifting equipment and chains in accordance with the specific needs of our customers.

JOB REQUIREMENT For PURCHASING AND QUALITY ENGINEER

Bachelor degree in mechanical/electrical related fields

Strong communication and negotiation skills, excellent customer orientation and high spirit and motivation

Fluent in oral and written English，CET-4 or higher level.

Very good understanding of IT systems , MS Office, Technical design software (CAD, Solidwork), etc.

Excellent skills in purchasing and quality management.

 Practical, rigorous, meticulous and responsible person.

2 years relevant working experience in machinery manufacturing enterprises.

 

1、本科学历，机械/电气相关领域

2、优秀的沟通及谈判能力，优秀的客户定位和高度的精神和动力

3、流利的英语口语和书写能力，大学英语四级或更高级别

4、很好地理解系统，办公自动化，技术设计软件（CAD, Solidwork）等

5、熟练的采购和质量管理，务实，严谨，一丝不苟，负责任

6、2年以上相关工作经验，在机械制造企业

Responsibilities:

Setting up and implementing a reliable sourcing network of suppliers, developing and implementing sourcing strategies for our local and overseas operations

Negotiation with suppliers, purchasing of electrical and mechanical components and maintain an ongoing　relationship with assigned suppliers to monitor and improve supplier performance

Support production / technical department activities

Setting up, implementing and keeping updated company’s quality system in compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14000.

Developing procedures, guidelines and supervising their implementation

Accomplishing product, processes and quality system audits as well as tools and equipment verification and supervision

Quality reporting (NCR’s) , complaints assessment and quality problem solving in cooperation with our customers

Analyzing the incoming materials and assessing suppliers’ quality

Making and interpreting statistical studies

Edit technical documents in both English and Chinese (Technical drawings, instruction manuals etc)

建立和实施一个可靠的货源的供应商网络，制定并实施采购策略为本地和海外业务与供应商谈判，采购机电元件和保持持续的关系与供应商监督和改善供应商绩效支持生产/技术部门的活动建立，实施和保持更新公司的质量体系符合9001和14000。开发程序，指导和监督实施完成产品，过程和质量体系审核以及工具和设备的验证和监督质量报告，评估和解决质量问题的投诉的客户与我们合作分析和评估供应商的来料质量制定和解释统计研究编辑技术文件的中英文（技术图纸，说明书等）
