JOB PURPOSE:

工作目标

1. Partly be acting in forecasting, planning, delivery control, inventory and ship arrangement according to supervision & production design;
根据生产计划及部门安排，部分参与采购预算、采购计划制定、交货控制、库存管理及出货

安排事宜；　
2. Release orders by using SAP system and follow-up;　
使用SAP系统下采购单；　
3. Negotiate with vendors on delivery time and pushing ETD to ensure production is on schedule, as well as critical material expediting;
与供应商密切合作，确保交货时间及关键物料供给严格符合生产计划；　
4. Be a coordinator between related departments to ensure the communication and information delivered smoothly.

负责与内部相关部门沟通协调，确保信息传递准确及时。　

RESPONSIBILITIES

岗位职责

1. Responsible for material ordering, stock management, and delivery control;
负责物料控制、库存管理及交货控制；
2. Issue P/O and ensure material delivery on schedule base on production needs.
使用SAP系统下采购单并确保物料及时供给。

PROFILE:

任职条件

This year’s graduates;

应届毕业生；　
Bachelor degree or above;
本科学历或以上；

Logistic, Mechanics, Electronics major is a plus.

物流，机械，电子专业优先；　
Sensitive on figure and a certain electronic component knowledge will be a added; 　
对数字敏感，具备一定电子元器件知识者优先；　
Quick learner, curious, strong logic, positive work attitude, able to work under pressure; 　
学习能力强，求知欲强，逻辑性强，工作态度积极，能承受工作压力；　
Good communication skills and willing to work with people, team-work;　
良好的沟通能力，注重团队合作；　
Good command of English both on written, read and oral;　
优秀的英文能力；　
Excellent computer skill.　
熟悉电脑操作。
