职位:Reception & Admin(前台兼前台)-TalentPoint
工作职责:
1、负责电话总机服务、前台接待、客人来访迎送等招待工作;
2. 负责公司来往信函、快递、传真的收发工作;
3. 负责前台办公设备的日常管理与维护;
4. 负责员工携物外出登记及来访登记工作;
5. 协助行政人事助理维护办公环境及秩序、统计考勤月报;
6. 完成部门领导临时交办的其他任务。
任职要求:
1. 大专以上学历,文秘、行政、人力资源等相关专业者优先;
2. 年龄20-25岁,有前台接待工作经验者优先;
3.形象气质佳,普通话标准,谈吐得体,举止大方,能体现公司良好形象;
4. 极强的亲和力,做事认真仔细,有较强的责任心;
5. 擅长书面和口头表达,富有工作热情和亲和力,工作积极主动,安心本职工作,有耐心、责任心及较好的沟通能力和团队精神。
6. 熟练使用电脑办公软件,并能熟练操作各类办公设备;
7. 具备简单的英语沟通能力。
