2012 INTERNATIONAL TRAINEE PROGRAM: As part of building their Global Talent Pipeline, PepsiCo Worldwide Flavours (PWF) is looking for highly talented and ambitious Graduates with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The Program aims at developing successful candidate’s fullest potential by exposing them to key aspects of the business besides the core areas of manufacturing, operations, project management, engineering, supply chain, spanning across PWF’s multiple global locations. PWF offer a challenging and stimulating work environment and an exciting opportunity to travel and work with state of art facilities worldwide. On successful completion of the 22 month Trainee Program, the top trainees will be identified and will progress to a Junior Management position within PepsiCo Worldwide Flavours. ROTATION PLAN: The international trainee will take a 10-week Induction in Ireland and start the rotation from host country (Guangzhou, China). After a 6-month rotation in China, the trainee will move on to Arlington, Uruguay, and Ireland. The whole rotation takes 22 months. The trainee is targeted to locate in Guangzhou on completion of the rotation plan. Bachelor degree or above with major on Industrial Engineering/Engineering related/Chemistry / Food science / Food Engineering/ Manufacturing / Biochemistry or technical related disciplines. ? Excellent English skill is essential. ? Scholarship owner, student activity leader preferred. ? Logical thinking &open minded excellent leadership. ? Have great dream, but willing to be developed from the basic level and work under pressure.
