Simu Engineering Ltd is located in Shanghai and specialized in steel structure design and engineering. The business scope of Simu Engineering is to provide creative and reliable solutions in structural and mechanical design, analysis and engineering fields. Our engineering service spectrum has a wide range from the developing conceptual design down to delivering detail workshop drawings and our clients vary from the developers to the users, architects to contractors.

Our solid knowledge and comprehensive experiences of engineering came from the successful projects that carried out both national- and international-wide in the past. We are experienced in designing various types of steel structures, for instance residential/commercial buildings, stadiums, industrial facilities, power plants and offshore structures. We are capable of arranging general layouts, writing basis of design, calculating loads, performing analysis and checking structural integrity according to applicable construction codes, like EN, GB and AISC codes. The engineering services delivered by Simu engineering is fully organized and well controlled by our quality assurance system. The clients will be well informed by our progress and we could incorporate the feedbacks from the clients timely.

Simu Engineering is familiar with the most popular engineering and drafting softewares in the market, like STAAD PRO, SCIA ENGINEER AND SAP2000 for structural analysis as well as modern BIM package TEKLA for drafting. ANSYS is also one of our expertise if any structural dynamics, fatigue and stress-strain analysis for complex joint are involved. We also developed quite a lot in-house calculation sheets and some handy kits for code check, according to Euro Code and GB Code, which could save the costs and faciliate ours works with accurancy and efficiency.

工程设计软件产品经理（中国地区Dlubal软件产品市场经理）
招聘人数：1人
薪资待遇及福利：底薪（5000元/月） 奖金（根据业绩提成）

岗位职责：
1、前期搜集潜在客户信息；
2、协调与合作方的技术人员准备各种软件介绍材料和网站的建设；
3、筛选目标客户然后设法取得联系；
4、组织商务谈判和在客户处进行宣讲和推广；
5、与客户建立关系，并推广我们思缪的工程设计业务；
6、不定期的参与学术会议或高校宣讲活动，推广公司和产品；
8、与欧洲合作伙伴维护日常工作关系。
岗位要求：
1、大学本科以上学历，建筑土木或者机械工程专业优先

2、有一定的英文阅读和书写能力，大学英语六级以上优先；
3、思路清晰，视野开阔，对项目信息敏感并能分析潜在的项目机会；
4、善于沟通，与客户保持良好的合作关系，并能赢得他人的认同；
5、可以独立完成有关计划，方案，及合同文件的草拟工作。
