The objective of the Sales Trainee Program is to build up the talent pool and strengthen the management structure of Tektronix for the sustainable growth.
We are looking for high caliber graduates who are interested in developing a career within Tektronix. In first half year, you will be provided with extensive training & job rotation on all aspects of related to commercial functions, as well as specific coaching and mentoring opportunities. You will also be recognized and rewarded for your achievement by accelerated career paths and differentiated rewards.
Requirement:
Master or Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Open-minded, strong communication skills and presentation skills
Have the interest to advance the career path in sales/sales management
