Event producer are at the forefront of the company and specialize in business research and project management.You will research and put together the intellectual content of conference programs at the cutting edge of business strategy.You will be responsible for structuring the conference agenda as a result of live research with senior managers from a cross section of companies,selecting and inviting high level speakers,copy writing,designing the conference brochure and ensuring profitability of entire projects - from the initial idea to the smooth running of the event.Event producers have a lot of budgetary control and you will be making financial decisions that will have significant bottom line impact.Throughout the production cycle you will work closely with the Marketing Team to ensure the best possible marketing campaign and with the Sponsorship Team to put together an effective sponsorship strategy.
Requirements:

You are responsible for selling big sponsorship packages (e.g. cocktail sponsorship, presenting sponsorship) to the companies that want to be the investors (sponsors) at specific X-Wisdom's events (seminar, commercial conference, summit or congress). The working language is English. You should have excellent business sense to identify event potential investors (sponsors) project by project. To drive sponsorship revenue for every X-Wisdom's event you are in charge, you must sell the premier business opportunities to senior level decision makers (CXO, Partner, Solution Head and Regional Marketing head) from Asia Pacific different regions or even global headquarters. Besides, you will closely work with the production, operation and sales & marketing department and attend specific events to meet potential clients to solicit new business. We are looking for the candidates that are young, ambitious, aggressive, passion and confident. Requirements:
