岗位要求：

博乐雅·中国因业务发展需要，现面向2012届、2013届学生招聘培训生

本培训项目分为两个方向：招聘支持专员和课程辅导员

项目介绍：6月30日之前为接受简历和面试筛选环节。成功通过面试的同学将会进入一个为期大约1个月的实习期（可能会因应具体情况作调整）。之后到澳洲培训3到6个月的时间（招聘支持专员：3-4个月、课程辅导员：4-6个月），之后回国协助中国公司的业务。

岗位要求：2012届或2012届应届毕业生；专业不限；要求非常好的英语听说读写能力；热爱咨询行业，愿意把未来三到四年的时间和精力投入到自身的岗位。

招聘支持专员：

Does this sound like you?

You have excellent command to both written and oral English.

You have achieved fruitful results in past work experience, study and life.

You hold great passion and enthusiasm in consulting and enjoy solving problems for clients truly and swiftly.

You can demonstrate fantastic study skills and are able to master entirely new knowledge in the short term.

You are equipped with extraordinary communication skills which are indispensable and essential for your job. You can easily leave professional, persuasive and trustworthy impression to clients and are expert in understanding others, generating agreement, establishing rapport and building relationship.

This is a very challenging and stressful job. The right person will be sent to Australia to learn the Performia full recruitment cycle. After that, you need to stick to the cycle to guide and support our clients to make sure all recruitment activities are performed and completed in the right way. To succeed in this job, very high level of drive, commitment and motivation are in need. You have to be extremely certain that this is the job you want. You need to conquer a great deal of different obstacles and challenges and effectively reach set targets.

课程辅导员：

You are interested in training and desire to help others with reasonable training, and you took action to try something about training before and did a pretty good job;
